We are a small, family business which takes pride in providing quality training courses and range of products. Our reputation means a lot to us, as this is what will enable our company to grow, hence we have no intention of upsetting visitors to our site or our customers, by passing any personal details on to third parties. (we wouldn't know how to go about this anyway!). 

We may retain information you choose to give at the ordering stage, such as name/address/email in order to contact you about new products/courses, or maybe send you a newsletter. We do not however see any financial information if you buy online, as this is all taken care of via Paypal, who are big enough to ensure your transaction is securely managed. We do not see your credit /debit card details.

If you feel unsure about buying / booking online - please phone us or email us. We are only too happy to accept a cheque or payment via bank transfer if you prefer.

If you would prefer not to be contacted again, email us with the subject title 'STOP contact please' or something along those lines, and we will delete you from our records.
